What this site is
getveridem.com is run by Veridem Holdings Inc. It offers information about Veridem, a public lookup for the Veridem Authorship Registry, and links to our tools: Stem:Ample, Re:Writ, Compose:EP and MHAIX. By using the site, you agree to these terms.
Registry lookups are free
Looking up a certificate in the Registry is free and needs no account.
Certificates and eligibility
Veridem provides public information and certificate-verification services. Certificates are created and finalized through participating Veridem products, and eligibility to create or finalize them is governed by the terms of the product used. A parent or legal guardian should review those terms before allowing a minor to create or finalize a certificate. Finalized Registry records are permanent and cannot be withdrawn, although a record may be corrected or superseded where appropriate.
Evidence, not legal advice
The Registry and Veridem documents are an evidence layer that records human creative decisions. They are not legal advice, and they are not a substitute for registering your work with the U.S. Copyright Office. For legal questions about your work, speak with a qualified attorney.
Acceptable use
Please do not:
- scrape the site or the Registry in bulk, or send automated requests that strain or disrupt it;
- forge, alter, tamper with or misrepresent a Veridem certificate, ID, token or QR code;
- try to get into parts of the site or Registry you are not allowed to access;
- use the site to break the law or infringe anyone's rights.
We may block access that breaks these rules.
Intellectual property
The Veridem name, the product names, logos, design, text and images on this site belong to Veridem Holdings Inc. or its licensors. You may share links and quote brief passages with credit. Your music and creative work remain yours; this site does not claim ownership of them.
Links to other sites
This site links to our tools and to other websites. Each has its own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for the content of sites we do not run.
Disclaimers
The site is provided "as is." We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted, or that a Registry result will settle any legal question on its own.
